We are a very flexible service provider. However with that, comes an immense care put into every session, and immense value.

As such, our cancellation policy is enforced firmly, but also at our discretion.

Any cancellations the day prior- no penalty. We can re-book you at no cost or refund money to the bank details of your choice, minus bank & card fees. (2-3% + $1).

First time cancellations, same day - forfeit 50% of fee - this is where the most discretion is applied.

Second plus time cancellations, same day & any ‘no show’ appointments - forfeit 100% of fee.
